Reintroducing the Black CA License Plate

Here's a little info on the California retro-plate that'll be back on the streets this August.

The model is available through The California Legacy License Plate Program

The plates were originally issued from 1963-1969

The new black plates with yellow lettering are being made at Folsom prison
